I have this error at startup. OE:016F:BFF62170 I have searched for a solution but can not find one. My specs: Win ME P2 266mhz 160mb Ram 5gb hd
If I ctrl-alt-del and restart and pick normal it starts up fine.

I think mine had to do with my Creative Labs Sound Blaster drivers. I figured it was something that was hanging at the Windows startup so I started looking at what loads.
I think I fixed it but I am not sure. I unchecked some things that I didn't need under the Msconfig - startup menu.
Hopefully mine will be fine.

I am using M2E as my sound card.
After I used Norton Windoctor to check and mix some problem, it seem OK now.
