nznukbc.dll-can't get rid of it

I have a trojan or virus called nznukbc.dll. I've run msconfig and unchecked, on reboot it reloads itself. i've booted in safe mode,turned off system restore and tried to delete it. run regedit/find and deleted all occurances. Ran AVG virus scan and Sygate trojan scan, no luck. can't get rid of-HELP! thanx-Fred C.
