I have a usb netcom modem, win me, p3 1ghtz, gigabyte MB,256mb ram, my problem is my modem stops working(the lights go out) I get a blue screen with the message NTKERN(01)0000A285 OE 0028:C002A395. I then have to restart with ctrl alt del. would anyone know what this means? thanks, Sue
