Nothing. Windows ME does not support NTFS.

If you're really desparate to use NTFS in Windows ME, you can buy the software "NTFS for Windows 9x" from www.winternals.com which will allow you to read adn write (not boot from) NTFS partitions. Otherwise, the best solution is to upgrade to either Windows 2000 or Windows XP which have native support for NTFS.

If your just trying to share files across the two file systems you can easily solve this by creating a 3rd partition. Format it fat then use it for data. Install windows me on C:\ and the NT OS [NT 2000 XP] on D:\.

By the way.. the point of the 3rd partition being fat is that the data can be read from either OS. :)
