Check to see how much RAM you have and how much is required for the game. That may be the problem

first QUIT YELLING!! lol

Go to www.outertech.com and download "CacheMan" (free). Use the wizards to setup Cacheman, and set your Virtual memory to "Let windows handle it" (right click "My Computer" click "Properties" click "Performance" tab and select)
This should help your system no matter what RAM you have. Works great for me.

Since you're "new to computers" here's a few words of advice. Typing in all caps is hard to read and is considered SHOUTING!

"You are in violation of the golden rule of e-mail--do not type in all caps. The use of all caps can lead to headaches, nausea, and even vomiting."

—Excerpt from the response to a reader’s e-mail inquiry, Maximum PC [magazine], January 2002

John -

Which game are you trying to install?

How old is it?
