Norton temp files?

Im running ME and have been using Norton 2001 with no problums for a while. Now for some reason whent I run live-update im told "Live update could not creat a temporary directory to store temp file. Make sure you have creat and write access to the windows 95/98 all users directory or the windows NT£0 profiles directory" I dont what iv done wrong, the only thing thats changed is I now use AOL.

If you get to that KB Article and it seems daunting, go to the very bottom of the page and click on 'Discussion Groups', post your problem and a Symantec Techie will help you.
