I don't know about Norton 2003. I have Norton 2002 but have never used it.
If you want a free program that can recover deleted files....

In 2002, it's fairly simple to recover files from the protected recycle bin, as long as you haven't emptied that. don't think it would be much different in 2003. HTH

I have Norton Utilities 2001 and it also has the Norton Protected Recycle Bin. On tha advice of a friend I deleted a bunch of .zip files because he said they must have been unzipped and installed already or somewthing would not be working . He was not familar woth Windows Me ability to run things from a .zip file without decompressing the file .Well at the time being a complete newbie , I listen to him and deleted these files .It turned out these where the java packages needded for the internet. After I deleted I could not log onto the net at all. I went to the recycle bin and had it recover all .zip files I deleted .It found all of them and the put them back to their originial location and all was well .If I didnt have the protected recycle bin , the problem would have been alot harder to correct ! Good Luck ,Nick
