Norton Protected Recycle Bin Help

I recently bought and uninstalled Norton System Works 2003, and now I cant use my Recycle Bin. Anyways I can "unprotect" Norton's Protected Recycle Bin?

Have you have tried using "system restore", select a restore point before you installed Norton.

hello
right click on recycel bin choose properties and set norton not to protect it.
