I'm trying to install NAV 2004 onto Windows ME system When the CD is loaded the NAV progam opens. It displays links Install Anti Virus, along with others. When I click the link nothing happens and will not install What is the problem

If you had a previous version of NAV installed, go to http://www.symantec.com/ and use the customer support on-line area for installation problems, and get the removal tool "rnav.2003" to make sure all traces of the old program are removed. I would uninstall 2004 before I used to 2003 tool. I would then get the 2004 removal tool and use it, before I tried reinstalling 2004 again. Good luck!
