I use an OS, no-English version MS-ME. One day I re-installed ME on my computer. After installation completed, all Windows' non English messages, menu and dailogs were changed to underlines or disappered, which never came back after that even I reinstalled again. If someone had the same trouble, please let me know how to get out of it.
