hi, a few months ago I had my computer fixed as it wasnt working. The fixer fixed a Winfast hard drive system to my computer on to the already existing windows ME. Anyway since then i have had no sound, i have tried so many things but nothing seems to work. When I click to see what devices i have it says 3 devices and 1 Unknown device? im sure this is the sound card, as i have got one, I've tried various tips from everywhere but nothing seems to do the trick. Can anyone perhaps help. thanks. (the fixer btw is no longer available.)

What are the "so many things" you have tried.
Just so we know not to suggest them.

- i've tried reinstalling it
- upgrading it
- adjusting the sound settings
- installing all drivers
If it helps I have WinFast K7S mmotherboard. thanks
