No mouse and running in safe mode

My computer is running in the safe mode and i have no mouse icon to work with on the screen, it says i have a corrupt file it come up when i try to delete the window and reinstall it , it get to a sudden point and says a file is missing or corrupt, please send help if anybody knowns?

What file is corrupt? What "Window" are you trying to delete? I would try a System Restore to a point before the problem started.

i forgot the name of the file, but i have tried to restore the system it doesn,t do anything and it continue to load in safe mode, i was trying to delete windows me and restall it to get that file delete
I still don't know exactly what you're trying to do. Are you trying to completely erase the hard drive (format) & start from scratch with a fresh installation of Windows? Are you trying to repair Windows by doing an "over the top" reinstall?
If you're trying to delete just the Windows folder & then reinstall Windows again, you can't delete it from Windows...you have to do it from DOS.
