I have been having problems with my internet connection, and I'm absolutly positive it's not a hardware problem. At first I thought I accidently deleted an important windows file, but I reinstalled windows and I still have the problem.
Whenever I restart my computer and my desktop loads I get an error prompt. Something like "Error, cannot find path specified: C:\progra\newdot.new.dll". I'm not sure but i think it has something to do with the problem.
