newgrl, you are truely beautiful. I cannot begin to explain what misery you have lifted me from with all the information I could of lost. You were the only one out of hundreds of people who read the forums that I posted this message in and the 5 technicians that I called that gave an answer other than formatt or reinstall. I wish you were here so I could hug you. I can't explain the joy for your reply message.
Al

I take it you found vmm32.vxd in the Recycled folder:):):)
I'm glad you got it fixed.
Thank you for the nice compliment:)

Really great SMUOD, but HOW did you do this?
Looks like fun to do, and how did Google get into this? Others probably would like to know also, although I think I will do a Superman! Chauvanistic pig, of course.

Google is once pretty damn good search engine so that is where it came in. I must say ShutMeUpOrDown:) you did do a very nice job. And this is too Albert. This is why we come here and this is why we do this. Once in a while someone thanks us for helping them out and it makes it all worth it. So to NewGrl. You go girl. Do the little dance, that is called. GO ME, GO ME!!!
Laters,

Geezer, all i did was search for supergirl.jpg at google.com. checked out a few hits and saved the superhero image, then opened the jpg in MS paint and erased the big red "S" and inserted "NG". Anyone can do it. Upload it to some of my webspace and link to it via the image url field here at computing.net. To avoid another situation invloving images and copyrights Something you may wish to read about images found on the web. The image i chose was one with no restrictions, the author states on the site that images may be freely used in non for profit situations as long as we dont link directly to his/her space. Most authors of images on the web dont mind them being used, some have rules about inlcduing a link to there site or simply sending an email asking permission, this helps them keep track of who likes what they have created and when or where there work is being displayed. Others do not like images being used, completely there choice and they have every right as they created it. Good Luck!
