Comment:

i have an old hp pavilion tower and i bought a new monitor because the original one broke.
now everytime i start up my computer, that message that says "cmdninst has caused an error in kernel32 blah blah blah". i figured there was something wrong with the tower, but then i switched to another monitor i have, and the computer starts up fine. ive tried to read articles about how to fix this problem and it says that this may occur because of outdated drivers. but i already installed the driver for the monitor and its still doing the same thing....PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME!
