netmeeting will not intstall

I have downloaded Netmeeting from the Microsoft Netmeeting page. There was no problem with the download but when i go to intall it I get this error...
error creating process . Reason: The system cannot find the file specified.
Please let us know what "the file specified" is in the error message and we can direct you to where you can locate it.

I could have swore I typed it in??
1.Locate the missing file through a search 2.Make a copy of "REGSVR32" 4.Open 'My computer', 5.open 'Windows' folder 6.paste it in 'system'
Worked like a charm! Thanks to a helpful friend who guided me through this.

this is odd..most of my above post is missing seems like it happened as soon as I posted it??
regsvr32.exe was the missing file. I had it but not in the right place. Here is what i did incase somone else ever has this problem. :) <--what shold have posted.
