I have a new computer with a 1.8 GHz chip and running on Windows ME. When I try to communicate on Net Meeting, I can see and hear the other participants, but they can't hear me. The microphone volume is turned way up, and I can hear myself over my own speakers. However, my participants get only silence.

I have just beent thru this same problem, and found out my sound card was only a half duplex, so it would work but not with others talking. It cant simultaneous let you talk and listen to the other people. To solve this put in a full duplex card. Hope this helps you.
