need translation of error message

This just started yesterday while I use my 'windows washer', when it gets to the cleaning free space area, I get the following error message-complete w/the blue screen: NAVAP (02) + 000198DB ERROR: OE :0028 : C02F79CF (then I press any key and get) ERROR: OD :09CF : 016F75BC (then I press any key and get) ERROR: OD : 0246 : 016F47FB Then I just manually shut down the puter, I did do a restore from a prior day and it still happens, only when I use Windows Washer 4.7 (been using it for years w/o any problems), Thanks all, Erin

I did some digging around Google, and found many references to this error. I just disabled my norton auto-protect, then ran Windows washer and it ran smoothly. Then enabled norton again. Hope this will help anyone else that has this kind of problem. Erin
