i got a problem that you guy can help me with. I tired everything and i can t get it to work .. first i tell you that i tired a ulitmate reboot floppy disk and that dont work cause i think im missing something and all i can t go in to safe mode or Ms-dos mode and i cant do nothing .. it said that my ms dos files are missing and i dont know how to recover them ... that my first problem ... ok it all started that it said my registry/ configuration has an error on it so i didnt know what to do .. then i tried boot disk and that dont help .... my computer is a RELISYS i think ... and it said something that my chipset is unknown .....and what is a umb.tweak????
if you find a way to fix this can you plz send it to me asap plzz !! thank you for your help

You have got major problems. Sounds like you need to format your hard drive and start over.

hello
goto www.bootdisk.com and just d/l the windows m.e boot disk use that to restat your computer with.
at the a:type scanreg /restore
and a good regrestore point will have started beside them.
