For any of you that want to install WindowsXP and don't want to have any problems, here's a great site that should answer many of your questions: http://www.aumha.org/a/xpupgrad.htm. Hope it helps. It did in my case:)

I have 2000 installed now i try to just run the xp disc but nothing is ever that easy. at first it loaded fine but then after the reboot it gave an error and made me reboot again. same thing happened. while booting up i have the option to choose from 2000 or xp 2000 works like it has but xp does the same thing it gives me the blue screen of death and makes me reboot. i tryed to reload xp but i get the same thing. Do i have a bad copy of xp? is there soemthing i should do before trying to install xp?
