I have an HP computer model XE824. The recovry disk I have is broken. When I startup my computer the computer restarts over and over. It does this while in safe mode as well. I can not create a new disk any way. So, I need the disk but can not get it from HP and can't find it on Ebay. Can someone point me in the correct direction?
