Ive got a ICONNECT 1300 thats running on WINDOWS ME and tried to restore it back to its factory settings. So I put the red disc in and then it goes so far and exits the command, and this is whats showinng on the monitor when it exits this-:

LOADING SMARTDRV
DETECTING RAMDRIVE
SET COMSPEC=E:\COMMAND.COM
Extracting MS TOOLS
Extracting TOOLS
File not found D:\drivers\mcdbf\source1\OEMSETUP.EXE
Bad command or file name
Exit from OEMSETUP

Ive sent an email to PACKARD BELL with the above information but just wondered if any one on here could help as I think this might be the quicker way of sorting my problem out and any help please send to santatheman69@hotmail.com as I dont use this board very much

...and we don't use e-mail at all.

Posting here helps everyone. You seem a little too impatient for that. If it's important enough you'll be back.

So you want us to run around after you?

If you can't be bothered to look back at this board then I doubt anyone will bother to email you.

Don't put your email on the web in open text unless you want to get spammed to death. We only have to click on your name.
