Ok, Here's my problem. My computer was workin fine till about two days ago when I came home and noticed that my monitor looked all screwed up. Anything on the screen looks like it's sorta bleeding out towards the sides of the screen......like someone's stretching out the shadow of the words on the scteen. The colors all look fine....Just the text and anything else dark on the screen looks washed out and like i said before.....like it's bleeding out to the sides. So puzzling. Two things could be the problem either the monitor or the graphics card. If you can borrow another monitor and see if the image is any better,if that doesnt work try reseating the graphics card in its slot[be careful of static damage]. Try resetting the monitor ajustments as one of your children could have altered them.

My guess is that your video card either needs to be reseated, or it's going bad. Is your computer still under warranty from the manufacturer?

you dont have a strong magnet near the screen do you?
