I have a windows ME and a NOTEBOOK computer Intel celeron processor 800 mhz 128/ 10GB hard drive. After the fan initially goes on it never shuts down and never does until I shut down. Is something wrong? Please tell me what to do or some things I should try in order to fix the problem. Could it be hardware related? or is it something to do with the operating sys.
