There is a black cord on the back of the unit -unplug it from the wall and see if that helps it shut off!?!?! LoL A bit of Humor Never Hurts!

Don't listen to them Jamie. It seems they don't know what they're talking about, and even if they did, I wouldn't take any advice from them at all. I will investigate the problem and get back to you asap.
