my computer can't view JPEG file (jpeg or Gif)in some website ,especially in this website : http://www.kannadesign.com (thai website),is a website that training about the using illustrator,this is happended after i sat up win xp sp2,but i return to set up win xp again ,then have the same problem ,so how to do about this , tell me , please!

There is a excellent freeware application called Irfanview, it a graphic viewer /converter. Perhaps this app will provide you with a needed plugins to veiw JPEG, and it also will give you the ability to convert the picture to a .gif ? http://www.irfanview.com
