Hi,
I just install the Windows Me, Mustek 1200 III EP, and Adobe Photoshop 6.0. I used the drive for Mustek 1200 III EP from Mustek's web site and set the parallel port to EPP. When I run the Mustek scanner under the import from photoshop. The scanner is working. However, the scanned picture are all blank. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Your help will be greatly appreciated. Please help and post here or email me. My email is cclin_510@yahoo.com.

Hi jackie , I have a Mustek 1200 C U when you purchased your scanner you should have been given a cd with all the details of how you can vary all settings . I suggest you take it back , have it tested and ask for the missing cd. best wishes ..sam
