MusicMatch Jukebox 6.1

I received a Kazoo MP3 player as a gift and MusicMatch Jukebox 6.1 is the software that came with it. The problem I am having is when I try to install MMJB on my computer, which has Windows ME on it, I get a message saying, There is a problem with the skin you are using. Either the ActiveX contols have not been registered, or there is a missing file. After clicking OK, another box comes up saying, Fatal error. Main window bitmap not loaded. You click OK again and this message comes up, Mmjb has caused an error in MMJB.exe. Mmjb will close now. If you continue to experience problems, try restarting your computer, (which I have done with no luck.)
I haven't had any problems installing anything else and don't know what these messages mean. Sure hope someone can tell me what I need to do!!!

hello try uninstalling mmjb. and than boot to safe mode. than reinstall mmjb

If wawadave's suggestion does not work out go to their web site and download the latest version which is 7.2,give it a try.

The lastest version is actually 7.5 and it works great

I tried downloading 7.5, but when I tried to open the folder to install it I got another message saying, The InstallShield Engine (ikernel.exe) could not be launched. No such interface supported. Any more suggestions???
