Multiple errors on startup HELP

I recently had Gateway disable some stuff in start-up and upgrade from 160MB to 288MB. Since then I have had all kinds of errors. 1st-MSGSRV32 has caused an error in setupx.dll, 2nd - explorer has caused an error in kernell32.dll, 3rd - vsmon has caused an error in kernell32.dll, xxxx will now close. Hi. Since you upgraded the ram...may want to remove it...to see if that's causing your problems. Make sure the new ram is compatible with the old one...
