MSVCRT.DLL error

every time I try to sign on to aol i get a message saying "Waol has caused an error in MSVCRT.DLL. Waol will now close. If this problem continues, try restarting your computer." Well, I've done that. I've also talked to aol and they referred me here. Can you help?

Jen, I have had the exact same problem with MSVCRT.DLL along with others such as JGDW400.DLL
I have been a beta tester for the AOL 7 upgrade where there were many versions to download, but I was never sent a FULL copy of the finished article, since aquiring a full copy from a friend and (after un-installing the beta version and cleaning out the registry) I installed the full version and I have not had any problems SO FAR. So Q is, are you running a beta version of AOL 7? if so try to get the full version.
