this can be caused if something has been installed or uninstalled that has caused an explorer conflict. the fastest fix is to go to use the windows update feature (from your start button) and download and install a later version of your browser or a later service pack for it.

Chris - followed your suggestion because was having the msoe.dll problem with the new IE6 version I just updated to - no luck! How does one download just this file? When to the Updates and reinstalled with same problem; attempted to put old version back on but couldn't.. HELP.. Thanks
