Dave -- I have the same problem. I have McAfee anti virus running and have had since I installed ME. I didn't have any problems with MSgrv32 until just recently and it seems to be associated with Netscape in some fashion. I know this doesn't help but if I figure it out -I let you know

I do not have Netscape and the program that is causing all this is found on MS knowledge base http://support.microsoft.com/support/kb/articles/Q138/7/08.asp but, this will not help either. I can not find a fix but It is causing my mouse to stop working every time I start my computer. All my devices are updated and I have tried everything. Microsoft says they don't deal with OEM products and My computer manufacture says it is Word 95. LOL. Everyone will give you a different reason.
