I would greatly appreciate if somebody gives me a tip on proper msdlc 32 protocol installation in windows me. Unfortunately this protocol is not listed in this version of windows, but it is standard for Windows 95 and 98. I copied protocol files from Win 98 and installed in Me. Protocol works fine but I started to get the error message at boot stating that I need to modify autoexec.bat file to enable dlc 16 bit support. I don't know the way to modify autoexec.bat in windows me. All attempts I made did not bring any results, because after booting all changes I previously made to autoexec.bat file disappears. Please help.
Summary: How do I get the DOS shell in Windows ME to display more than 50 lines? Is there a place in the registry? please cc my email mrbios@san.rr.com thanks. ...
