Msconfig troubleshooting queery

This pc had shut down problems.On running Msconfig troubleshooter the problem was traced to an item in startup listed as SAgent2exepath. Does anyone no what this is.The pc seems to run ok with it disabled??

SAgent2ExePath SAgent2.exe Seiko Epson printer status agent. Disable if printer is not used often.

Yes that would be it.
This pc was used with Epson printer some while ago.
