I have the above two problems when my me comp first loads....
I have just dl ad ware but am a little unsure what I'm doing. I did delete what I thought was them, but they are still here....what can I do to find the right ones to delete?
I am a bit wary at messing up the whole computer ! and could do with something realy easy plz ! thanks for trying to help sarah :)

Just back up (there is such an option) and delete what Ad-aware finds.

dw.exe is some sort of spyware that you get with Kazaa. If you delete it but keep Kazaa, this bug may get recreated. I have never used Kazaa because of the bugs and spyware.
