mouse and keyboard

CPU/Ram: intel 256 ram

I want to be able to use safe mode whenever I want to, but my mouse and keyboard do not work in safe mode. And they aren't USB either. Anybody know why they don't work?

vxd fix might take care of it.
since it would add the entries to the registry,and add all the seperate drivers.
