Hi all.
I have a query that I hope someone will be able to help me with.

I want to access the hidden stash of icon within Windows ME.

When I try for Windows' icon I am only presented by the Shell32.dll folder to choose from.

I believe that "moricons" or some other name like that, may have the rest, but I can not seem to be able to open it.

Any suggestions
Regards

If you are looking for other icons on your computer then make a search for the .ico files and you'll find then where this icons are saved or located. if you want to change a
shortcut icon or some of the program icon then browse to that location and change it from there.
There are third party programs in the net that can extract icons to be able to use by another program icon or shortcut.

Try moricons.dll and from memory pifmgr.dll but I'm on an NT PC at the moment so I can't check the latter is in ME.

Hope this helps.

If you don't see one you like, click Browse; then locate and open other files that contain
icons.These include Progman.exe,Moricons.dll
and Pifmgr.dll (look for these files in your
Windows, System, or System32 folders), as well as icon files downloaded from the Web.
Make your selection, and click OK twice.
