monitor and keyboard not repsonding

ive look at other post and tired but still didnt werk except for getting a new video card
everything else runs except da monitor says no signol den goes blank wif da green light den turns orange and da keyboard doent work because the green light doent shows on num lock..etc ive tried a diffrent monitor didnt werk and cleaning it out andy other suggestions?

jin336, SWAG (nothing more than a shot in the dark), sounds like it may be a driver issue. Since you have two pieces of hardware acting up, driver springs to mind. Another possibility is power supply. I've run across more than one putting out SOME power, but not enough and as a result, some peripherals didn't work properly. HTH. Ed in Texas.
