I have a VAIO myself. Sony's website sucks when it comes to support and drivers. Your best bet would be to find the drivers on your own.

If you've got a Conexant 56K WinModem (like in my F680 VAIO), then you can get the updated modem drivers as well as some diags and other goodies here:
