Modem driver

I have just upgraded to windows Me from windows 98 and my modem will not work its asking me for a driver but i dont know the make and model so that i can download the driver. Can anyone help or point me in the right direction Grant.....

Right-click on My Computer,select Properties,select Device Manager...look there for your Modem. You can also go to Start/Programs/Accessories/System Tools/System Information/Components...look for your modem there.
