Modem can't connect to Internet

i got an ISP card to connect to Internet and after set up the procedure of the card and restart my computer.... i still can't connect to the net... even no sound coming out of modem???

How are you on right now? Are you getting High Speed, if that's the case it's a Network Card and not a Modem and wouldn't make any sound. If you do have access to the Internet check out http://www.driverguide.com Username: drivers Password: all And look for a new Driver. Please give me/us more info about your system and what you're trying to do. Thanks.
