MMJB Soundcard problem

I was playing MP3s using WinMX and the MusicMatch Jukebox all fine, but now I get an error message as follows: "MMJB SoundCard Problem, WaveOut Format not supported." I'm running on a Windows ME system.
The only other thing that has changed since it used to work properly is 1) I put in a new monitor 2) I had to regenerate the APPLOG in my Windows system.
Someone there contacted Music Match. They had him uninstall their program, delete their registry entries, then reinstall the program. Seemed to work.
If you want to contact Music match... according to them there is a way within the program to send them a tech support request. Give it a shot.

hello you need to reinstall mmjb. and first do a complete delete of it you can do so by going to start, run, type regedit, goto hkey curant user, soft ware, right click on mmjbox, chose delete.close that box back .goto hkey loacal machine, soft ware. and do the same. do not delete any thing else while your there. next goto start, search files and folders, type in music match juke box.click search and delete only mmjb files nothing else.now do a reinstall it should work now. :+
