missing marscore.dll file

Hey im missing the marscore.dll file for the help in windows me, i downloaded it already but am unsure as to where it goes. Please help.

that file does not even exist on my computer ive looked and looked but can not locate it. any help would be appriciated.

If you have a copy of marscore.dll. It goes here -

C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\BINARIES

The size of the file (marscore.dll) on my system is the size stated above.
