Missing .dll

Comment:
Signing on to MSN an error Message pops up: "A required .dll File WINHTTP.dll was not found". Reinstalled ME, un/reinstalled MSN twice, talked to Tech Help, upgraded IE to 6.0 + SP 1 + Updates and searched the NET for Hours. No Luck to solve this. The Message does not appear when signing on to MSN thru Internet Explorer. Any Suggestions?

First thought is to check to see if you do have the 'missing' .dll. Should probably be in Windows/System32 folder. If it isn't, or you find it somewhere else, try downloading it or copying it to System32 (it should be 343Kb in size).

Lucky me! A Virus or Spyware Remover must have taking it with them! HP provites a Recovery CD upon installation everything back to normal. Thanks.
