That file is not an important system file. It is one file used to snoop your computer actions. It is better that it does not exist. If you want to look it up, then the site that created it is: www.new.net
or maybe www.new.com? not exactly sure.. but it won't take you long to check them. Or just go to google.com and search for newdot dll and you'll find info. on it.

I am missing newdot~2.dll file and am now getting disconnected from the internet every 20 min. or so. Have heard of this problem from others and saw a message to download webutil 32kb but can't find. Any answers please e-mail at I_am_mr_mr@hotmail.com.

I too am missing the file, and as a result, I cannot use anything related to the internet eg Instant messengers, Web browser, online games and so on.

I have the same problem and now I'm unable to access internet at home...I read that it was not an important file, however, what should I do now? re-download new.net application? Try to find this file... download another program?? Help!!!

I am missing newdot~4.dll files. How can I retrieve it or totally eliminate it in order not pop out every time my computer starts or boot up. It creates problem accessing registry. What is the solution?
