Also, following files are missing: - ipcclient.dll - msipcsv.exe - mfc42.dll:6877 How can I get these files?

Have you tried a system restore?How about using the "auto repair"feature built into Internet Explorer?.The file msipcsv.exe is part of a freeware program and is used as part of a "spyware" program.You dont want or need it.The other 2 are probably junk as well as I dont even have them on my systen at all.Your problem lies elsewhere. jimi_l Your PC Answers.com

You can also try using the System File Checker tool. To do this go Start->Run and type sfc. Then follow the prompts for extracting a file. This will at least work for the winsock.dll and mfc42.dll. It only works for files that are part of windows. Hope this helps. Justin

I had this same problem. Try entering ADD/REMOVE PROGRAMS in CONTROL PANEL. Go to WINDOWS and COMMUNICATIONS and unclick UNIVERSAL PLUG and PLAY and click apply. Tell mye if this helps
