I keep getting message that DLLfile,WINSPOOL.DRV is missing. Scans at variuous sites claim they cannot install because SETUPAPI.DLL could not be installed. Another stated that C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\drivers\tvichw32.vxd could not be found. I have a Dell computer, am not really a computer genius, and could use any advice. I can not even get my "RESOURCE CD" to work. I have the windows ME cd, but that does NOT install drivers, and though I tried re-installing, that to had a glitch. Thanks for any and all help.

Linda

According to this:

it should be on your ME installation disk. The extraction method there--using SFC in msconfig--should work but the 'replace file from' would be the WIN9X (I think that's what it is with ME) on the ME cd.
