I can't open any of the Microsoft office tools (Excel, Access, Words, Outlook, Power point and Frontpage). When i click on it, it will close it by itself. What is wrong with it? Anyone help please!!!
You will probably have to use the Repair option on the cd, or completely uninstall and reinstall. I've read that if someone tries to use the Office Updates with a pirated version, the updates will appear to install correctly, but actually the programs will be disabled. (not accusing you, just laying out possibilities)

I believe the previous response is correct.
I had a pirated copy of Office 2000 Premium and I believe I used the office update. From then on I had the same problem that you are having. Uninstall and reinstalling WILL NOT work. You will have to reformat your Hard Drive. I know it sounds painful, but it's either that or a couple hundred bucks to buy Office. Good luck.
