CPU/Ram: 1Ghz AMD / 384 RAM

When you attempt to minimize any open window it acts as though you have chosen to close it. It heads towards the, non hiding, taskbar and just falls right through! This happens ith browsers, Word2000... any open window. System appears to be normal otherwise
