when I install Windows Me I can't connect to Mindspring DSL I have a 3com nic card.but I think it's the log on software that's not working. Any work arounds!!!

Remove everything from your network configuration utility.....then add in a new stack.......contact your ISP and have them help you set your configuration up again..... then write everything down someware for the next time you have a problem!!

I had the same trouble with earthlink and I call them and they worked around and know I can get on but have to use IE and IE mail to get my mail can not use earthlink

I am having problem with Earthlink DSL as well.They say that Winpoet doesnt recognize WinME. The tech staff says they haven't worked out the problem yet as ME is still so new....Give me a break! They've had access to it for 6mo. minimum!

I would think the worlds second largest ISP would have been on top of this. I guess we are at they're mercy. I'll keep looking for a more reliable fix until they bow under to pressure. Make sure you contact Earthlink and say "what's up with this?"
